May 13, 2022 @ 9:40 am – 10:40 am
As the home care and hospice industry evolve, chances are you may experience a merger during your career. Messaging is critical for your expanded organization and increases long-term success. This session offers a road map and lessons learned on communicating to your internal and external audiences during a merger. Learn how Granite VNA (formerly Concord Regional VNA and Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice) used a clear, consistent message to engage with its communities.
