The Changing Tides of eCaregiving

The surge in consumer and provider confidence and reliance on telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic has shown a bright light on the ability to safely access and deliver healthcare remotely. These new services have come without a lot of continuity. Join Matt Barbee for a look at how e-care involves the delivery of customer service via web-based user accounts, social networks, mobile phones, and the Internet rather than call centers or facilities open to the public such as retail stores or service counters.

Matt Barbee is the named Chief Operating Officer of eCaring. Previously Matt was the Director of Value-Based Care Delivery & Analytics at Bayada. He led the development and deployment of BAYADA’s Value-Based Care strategy for Medicaid Personal Care, which created an immediate improvement in patient outcomes and a reduction in the total cost of care for payor partners.
