Arrival, Check-in & Registration
Registration is available at the main event entrance during these hours. Be sure to stop by to pick up your materials and get settled in!

- April 16: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- April 17: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Parking Information:
- Overnight Guests: Park under the hotel for $15 per vehicle, per night. Enjoy unlimited in-and-out privileges.
- Day Guests: Park in the external garage for $10 per vehicle, per day (with one in-and-out). Day guests parking under the hotel will be subject to full parking prices.

Networking Opportunities
Networking is one of the highlights of NEHCC! Be sure to bring plenty of business cards and be ready to connect with peers, speakers, and exhibitors. Here are two key opportunities:
- Welcome Reception: After the Master Class on April 15, join us at 5:30 PM in the Ballroom for the Welcome Reception.
- Trade Show Reception: Meet us in the Exhibit Hall at 5:00 PM on April 16 for another great networking opportunity.
Continuing Education
Nursing continuing education credits will be available for the Master Class and breakout sessions. To earn your credits, follow these steps:
- Sign in at all sessions you attend using the provided sign-in sheet.
- Each sign-in sheet will include a QR code. Scan the QR code to complete the online evaluation for the session.
- Once you complete both the sign-in and online evaluation, you’ll be eligible to receive credit.
- After submitting your evaluation, you will receive a link to access your certificate.
Handouts
Session handouts can be found online at nehcc.com/handouts. While not every session will have handouts available, you’re welcome to bring your own copies if you prefer.

- Conference Attire: Business casual attire is recommended. Keep in mind that the temperature in the conference rooms can vary, so we suggest dressing in layers for your comfort.
- Accessibility Needs & Dietary Accommodations: If you require any special accommodations, such as dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of time.
