About Daniela Cappetta

Daniela Cappetta began her nursing career in 2010 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, working in private home care before joining Elara (formerly New England Homecare) as an LPN Clinical Coordinator. In this role, she supported both the Skilled Home Health and Behavioral Health teams, laying the foundation for her future leadership within the organization.

Daniela advanced her education and graduated from the Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing in 2014. Shortly thereafter, she became a Behavioral Health Case Manager in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where she continued to grow her clinical expertise. In 2015, she was promoted to Clinical Team Manager for the Behavioral Health team, and in 2020 she transitioned into the role of Branch Director.

While progressing in her career, Daniela earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Her leadership responsibilities expanded further in 2023 when she assumed the role of Regional Director for Elara, overseeing two Behavioral Health branches. In 2025, she advanced to Area Vice President of Clinical Services for Behavioral Health in Connecticut, taking on executive oversight of all five Behavioral Health branches across the state. That same year, she was honored with the Future Leaders Award in recognition of her impact and emerging leadership within the field.

Daniela is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, continuing her commitment to professional growth and clinical excellence.
