About Jake Krilovich

Jake Krilovich has served as CEO of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts since January 2022. With over a decade of experience in health policy and advocacy, Jake has a proven track record of leading initiatives that enhance care services and influence health policy at the state and national levels.

Jake collaborates closely with the board of directors to set the Alliance’s goals, strategic direction, and policy frameworks. He initially joined the Alliance in 2017 as the Director of Legislative & Public Affairs, where he was instrumental in advancing legislative initiatives and strengthening stakeholder relations.

His commitment to health advocacy was further demonstrated during his tenure as the Director of Advocacy and Public Policy at the National MS Society’s Greater New England Chapter, focusing on key policy issues that impact individuals with multiple sclerosis.

Jake’s experience extends to his time at ZERO – The End of Prostate Cancer, where he managed government relations and coordinated operations, significantly contributing to the organization’s mission to end prostate cancer. His early career included legislative experience in the U.S. House of Representatives in the office of Representative Tim Walz and for State Senator Karen Spilka.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst
