About Jennifer Ufkin
Jennifer Ufkin is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 24 years of experience in home care, hospice, and palliative care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire in 2001 and has dedicated her entire career to Cornerstone VNA, advancing from Case Manager to her current role as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Jennifer provides strategic and operational oversight for Cornerstone VNA’s Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Life Care Private Duty, and Community Care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine (2008) and is deeply committed to advancing patient safety, improving clinical outcomes, and fostering professional growth across the healthcare workforce. A strong advocate for mental health awareness, she actively promotes well-being both within the organization and the broader community. In 2025, Jennifer became a certified Nurse Coach, further strengthening her commitment to personal growth and to supporting the development of leaders and staff across the organization.
In addition to her executive leadership, Jennifer serves on several boards, including the Greater Rochester Community Health Foundation, Frisbie Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, and the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and is an active member of the Rochester Rotary. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, gardening, and home remodeling projects.
