About Karen Krause
Karen Krause has been a dedicated leader at Cornerstone VNA for the past 15 years, beginning her career as a field clinician and advancing to Rehab Manager before stepping into her current role as Director of Rehabilitation Services. A certified vestibular therapist, she brings extensive clinical expertise across multiple specialty areas, with a particular focus on fall prevention. Karen has delivered community-based fall prevention presentations for many years and actively partners with local fire departments, EMS agencies, and Mobile Integrated Health programs to advance innovative, collaborative strategies that improve safety and independence within the communities they serve.
