Kelly-Ann Loescher, OTR/L, is a healthcare leader with more than 30 years of experience in home health, hospice, rehabilitation services, and clinical informatics. She has served at Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc. since 1994, contributing to the organization’s growth through progressive leadership roles that integrate clinical expertise with operational leadership and healthcare technology.
Currently, Kelly serves as Clinical Information Systems Officer, an area in which she has held leadership responsibilities since 2004. In this role, she bridges clinical practice and healthcare technology, leading initiatives that enhance documentation, optimize clinical workflows, and support data-driven decision-making to improve both patient outcomes and organizational performance.
Prior to her current role she served as Hospice and Palliative Care Officer, providing leadership and strategic oversight for hospice and palliative care services. Under her leadership in 2025, the hospice department was recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) in the top 5% nationally for caregiver satisfaction and named a Top Performer for quality measures, reflecting the team’s commitment to compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.
Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to advancing quality care, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and leveraging innovation to strengthen healthcare delivery.
