Laurel Kelly is a seasoned communications strategist with over 25 years of experience across health care, philanthropy and human services. At University of Vermont Health, Laurel has served in multiple leadership roles and currently oversees communications and engagement strategy for the health system’s Home Health & Hospice agency and four skilled nursing centers.
Laurel has expertise in internal and external communications, executive messaging, integrated marketing and storytelling. She has deep experience shaping messaging strategy and organizational narratives to transform complexity into clarity and support mission-driven work and community impact. She is known for balancing rigorous strategic thinking with genuine kindness, and for helping teams navigate both day-to-day challenges and transformational change with confidence and cohesion.
