About Theresa Santoro
Theresa Santoro has led RVNAhealth as President and CEO since 2007, bringing more than 25 years of clinical and administrative nursing experience. Since joining the organization as a visiting nurse in 1999, she has guided its expansion across wellness programs, community clinics, caregiving, hospice, and rehabilitation services. She also oversaw the construction of RVNAhealth’s current headquarters and the 2019 rebranding to reflect its full continuum of care. Theresa holds BSN and MSN degrees from Sacred Heart University and has received numerous awards for excellence in nursing leadership.
