As one of the conference’s concurrent pre-conference tracks, Cindy Krafft and Dee Korenetti will lead a three-hour training on integrating Home Health Value-Based Purchasing, bundled payments, and new care delivery models into the provision of care. This session will also include moving care redesign from theory to practice, as well as connecting clinical decision-making to defensible documentation. “From Culture to Outcomes: Interdisciplinary Team Redesign” will begin on May 16 at 2:00 PM.

Krafft has more than 20 years of home health expertise that ranges from direct patient care to operational and management issues. Krafft has spent years in the direct patient environment interpreting regulations. Her philosophy is to provide clear, concise factual information, sorting out real from rumored rules, to make complicated information more accessible.

Kornetti, a physical therapist for 30 years, is a past administrator and co-owner of a Medicare-certified home health agency. Dee is nationally recognized as a speaker in the areas of home care, standardized tests and measures in the field of physical therapy, therapy training and staff development in the home health arena.

Registration is now open for the 2017 New England Home Care & Hospice Conference and Trade Show. The NEHCC is the region’s premier event for home care and hospice agencies. It’s hosted by the six New England state home care associations, which collectively represent nearly 400 organizations.
