JC-Weber-150-200Home Care Pulse’s manager of research integrity JC Weber will speak at the Opening General Session on Wednesday, May 18 from 8:30 – 9:30 AM. His address will be titled “Surveying the Private Duty Landscape – The Future is Today.”

Weber will discuss how the private home care employer model will adapt and thrive due to venture capital backed technology and the underground workforce. He will share recent industry trends and data, successful caregiver recruiting models, and methods for motivating policymakers to work for home care.

Weber specializes in collaborating with team members to create systems and processes that increase efficiency. He graduated magna cum laude from BYU-Idaho with a degree in financial economics and oversees the Home Care Pulse annual benchmarking survey.

The NEHCC is the region’s premier event for home care and hospice agencies. It’s hosted by the six New England state home care associations, which collectively represent nearly 400 organizations.
