It will focus on the specific behavioral techniques and skills for enhancing patient engagement and motivation. His goal is to have people make a commitment to take positive action – whether to improve their organization or to enhance their personal health and work-life balance. He possesses more than 25 years of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry experience. He is an expert in leadership development, change management, patient engagement, and health coaching.
