The Call for Speakers for the New England Home Care and Hospice Conference and Trade Show is now open. The NEHCC committee welcomes Speaker Presentation applications from a diverse audience of home health and healthcare experts. The 2020 conference is being held from May 13-15 at Gurney’s Newport Resort in Newport, RI!
Proposals will be accepted until November 1st, 2019.
Who can submit? Anyone and everyone is welcome to submit a speaking proposal! We love to hear from staff at agencies, consultants, and vendors alike!
*Note: Vendors that submit proposals in conjunction with Home Health Agencies tend to be valued more than those who do not.

The New England Home Care & Hospice Conference and Trade Show is the region’s premier event for home care and hospice agencies. The conference is hosted by the six New England state home care associations, which collectively represent nearly 400 organizations. This coming year, the conference heads to Newport, RI from May 13-15!
The conference is designed for senior and mid-level administrative and clinical staff. The conference features multiple keynote sessions, workshops, and intensive programs. Topics are designed to meet the needs of all agencies, including Medicare-certified, private duty, and hospices. The trade show is the largest home health and hospice expo in the Northeast.
We are pleased to open the call for speakers up to any and all who are interested. The deadline to submit proposals is Friday, November 1st by end of day.

Review Guidelines & Criteria
Each proposal is reviewed and evaluated according, with preference shown toward those that present:
- Relevance to home care and hospice;
- Clearly identified objectives;
- Timely or innovative topics;
- Overall quality and a well-defined focus;
- Practical application of materials;
- Teaching/speaking experience of presenter; and
- Freedom from commercial bias
There is no limit to the number of proposals a presenter may submit.
