Analytics as Your Agency’s Nervous System
May 13, 2022 @ 11:45 am – 12:45 pm
Under the proper structure and with the right focus, data can become the nervous system of your organization—assessing situations and directing reactions, especially in a PDGM/VBP world. In this session, participants will review examples of common patient assessment problems and how those problems impact payment and outcomes. Learn to focus on benchmarks for measuring your agency’s situation and using data to prioritize education and quality improvement activities based on the most needed and most significant impact areas.
