Compliance and Quality are not the same thing. This is especially true in the health care industry. In this conversational-style presentation, Michael Brown will show you how you can take Compliance to the next level by utilizing a strong Continuous Quality Improvement program.

Michael Brown, RN, BA, MS, received his Nursing degree from Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA. Since graduation, he has been working as a Registered Nurse in many areas of healthcare delivery, progressing in responsibility to his most recent role as Vice President of Quality and Standards for a regional home health provider.  He continued his education, earning a B.A. in Psychology from DeSales University in Center Valley, PA, and an M.S. in Health Care Administration. He has managed home health, hospice, and home care services in many states, holding several executive leadership roles, including Division and Regional Director and Vice President of Operations. In 2019 he launched MB Healthcare Consultants, LLC, whose mission is “to create lasting relationships, not transactions”.
