How will your agency succeed? In this insightful presentation you’ll learn how to research, build, and execute a strategic plan that actually works, how to identify research methods and tools for gathering and interpreting marketplace data, and how to apply that data to create actionable and measurable plans. Andrew and Amy will then provide examples of how such plans can be put into action, as well as how to monitor ongoing performance to maximize your results.

Andrew Eaves is the principal of A.M. Eaves Consulting, LLC.  He specializes in marketplace analysis, strategy, business development, and philanthropy for the non-profit, home healthcare and hospice industry. He has worked in the industry for over 25 years, as a senior leader, consultant, and interim executive. He uses his experience and expertise in data analysis to help clients develop and implement actionable strategic and business development plans. He also provides ongoing support to help clients continuously evaluate data and adapt to marketplace conditions.

Amy Amoroso, EOLD, is the Director of Business Development at NVNA and Hospice. An experienced senior services professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, she has been able to successfully leverage large networks to generate referrals and build businesses. She has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong teams, forging powerful business partnerships, demonstrating exceptional skills in strategic planning, team leadership and developing strategic plans for service excellence. Amy is also an End-of-Life Doula.
