Chris Romanello, a Managing Partner at Trova Healthcare, has worked in healthcare recruiting for 15 years. His experience spans multiple healthcare recruiting areas, including physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers. Chris has run some of the largest U.S.-based healthcare staffing divisions for LocumTenens, a company specializing in the temporary placement of Physicians, PAs, NPs, CRNAs, and psychologists.
John Nerbonne has been working with some of the largest healthcare organizations across the country to help solve the inherent challenges a national labor shortage brings. Originally focused on the physician and advanced practitioner space, he has since transitioned over to the nursing side, recognizing the stresses a costly Travel Nurse model brings and the opportunities a sustainable permanent recruitment structure can introduce.
