Rob has served in many interim management positions and is an expert in organizational assessment, budget, and financial management.

Melissa Gordon, RN, BSN, MBA, Senior Manager, SimiTree HealthCare Consulting, is a results-oriented leader with deep knowledge and experience in the home health, hospice, and private duty industry. Melissa is currently the Regional Executive Director of Home Health and Hospice in Connecticut for Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc., and has oversight of two skilled agencies and one private duty agency.
