During this session, Jason Lee, CEO of the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), will discuss the trends impacting home care now and in the future such as workforce and technology. An overview of HCAOA’s 2024 priorities will be provided. Other opportunities and challenges to be discussed include caregiver safety, licensure, federal and state advocacy, and the importance of relevant data.

Jason Lee serves as the CEO for the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), the industry’s leading trade association for home care providers. It represents the industry’s unified voice in Washington, DC, and state governments nationwide. HCAOA represents more than 4,500 agencies across the United States. Prior to joining HCAOA, Jason served as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the President at the American Dental Education Association (ADEA), a $30 million organization representing academic dentistry.
