Leading Through the Great Resignation: Recruitment, Retainment and Redesign for Today’s Leaders

This session will explore the science behind positive culture and employee engagement with novel approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion and what we can do as leaders to unlock the potential within your organization. Rob will draw from national best practices with his experiences in boosting retention rates and recruiting top candidates while enhancing a culture of growth utilizing action, appreciation, and accountability. This session will also include a presentation of original research.
