The Culture of Team in Psych Home Health
May 3 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Even in an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment, working with marginalized people with behavioral health challenges can be difficult. It can also be a significant financial drain on an agency. There’s a bright side, though. Hear how Relief Home Health Services has used specially trained behavior health employees to create a culture where the staff work together to make a difference in the lives of their difficult patients while, while creating revenue for their agency. Their Behavior Health professionals have found a formula for financial success and rewarding career growth in home care. Work doesn’t feel like work when employees feel part of the plan and solution.

Michelle Aceto, RN, Vice President of Relief Home Health Services, has extensive nursing experience, primarily working in community health centers with the under-served, homeless, and those challenged with substance misuse and psychiatric conditions. Her 20+ years of coaching, this experience, and focus set the stage for a perfect pairing with Relief in July 2017. Relief Home Health Services is the largest of its kind that specializes in patients with comorbidities of Medical and Behavioral Health diagnoses.
