About Session
In 2023, the Hospice team collaborated with the Operational Excellence team to forge a pathway to improve the Hospice CAHPS metric measuring bereavement support. At the start of the collaborative work Jan 23, this rating was at 84%, and our percentile ranking was 29%. Through the use of The Elliot management system and process improvement, the team raised the metric to 91% in 2024, and our percentile ranking is at 63%. We will highlight the work the team did in discovery and standard work to improve the experience of our Hospice family’s and achieve our 5 star Hospice rating.
