Catherine Frasco is an accomplished executive healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, specializing in home health and hospice care. Her career is defined by a steadfast commitment to expanding access, delivering compassionate care, and driving quality outcomes.
Catherine’s professional journey spans a wide range of roles—from home-visiting physical therapist to adjunct professor at her local community college, to holding numerous senior leadership positions. Her leadership style emphasizes operational excellence, rooted in a culture of high staff engagement and patient satisfaction. She currently serves as The Elliot Health System’s Vice President for Home and Community Services, leading the Elliot VNA.
A strategic thinker with a strong grasp of the complex landscape of home care services, Catherine excels in data-driven decision-making to enhance both financial performance and care quality. She has deep expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and has worked closely both on and with Boards to develop strategic partnerships that amplify the reach and impact of home care and elder services within the community.
