Chris Romanello, Managing Partner at Trova Healthcare has worked in the healthcare recruiting field for 15 years. His experience spans multiple healthcare recruiting areas, including physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers. Chris has run some of the largest U.S.-based healthcare staffing divisions for LocumTenens, a company specializing in the temporary placement of Physicians, PAs, NPs, CRNAs and psychologists. He also has extensive experience with permanent recruiting.
